Keep frozen until use. Thaw in fridge for best texture; quick thaw in cold water acceptable for same-day sessions.

Rigs and jigs

Jetty: ball sinker to #4–#1 hook. River: long trace running rig along weed edges. Herring: small pieces under a float or light jig.

#6–#2 for herring and whiting; #1–1/0 for bream and skippy.
